Virabhadrasana 2 is a wonderful exercise to build strength and to keep ease at the same time. Take time to go through your body: the toes do not claw into the mat, the roof of the mouth ist soft, your view and the muscles around your eyes are relaxed and your breath ist long and extra smooth. Namasté.
Maybe you believe, it doesn’t matter what you think, if you don’t act like this. Do know these persons which inspire and give pleasure? And there are these people with a negative charisma, seeming to absorb your energy. The difference is the character of their thoughts. Every thought has a special shape, nature and colour. Die power of thoughts is subtle and extremely powerful. Even if you are not conscious about you send and receive thoughts all the time. So change the story you tell yourself and others. Don’t judge. Send out love, love, love. Anything is possible.
